Pressure spray congeal dryer is the feed liquid pressure into the nozzle at the top of the tower atomized into small droplets, with the top of the hot air parallel to the completion of drying. Pressure spray (cooling) dryer with high dust collection, no sticky wall, energy saving and efficient, especially for heat-sensitive material drying. Widely used in food dyes, intermediates and other industries.

Pressure Spray Congeal Dryer Applications

It is suitable for liquid of foodstuff, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, dyestuff, ceramics, agrochemicals ,plastic and so on.

Food industry: Whole milk powder, prion, cocoa milk, milk substitute, egg white (yellow) and so on. Oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, flavored meat, protein, soy, peanut protein, protein hydrolysates and the like. Corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, sorbitol, pumpkin powder and so on.

Medicine: Chinese medicine extract, drug glue, yeast, vitamins, antibiotics, amylase, lipase and so on.

Plastic Resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, plastic (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.
