Protease is a continuous enrichment culture method from a specific habitat to isolate and screen the strains with strong keratin degradation ability and excellent Bacillus licheniformis. Molecular modification of the strain, optimization of fermentation conditions, enzymatic properties and application characteristics of hydrolyzed keratin and soybean protein were studied. This product is suitable for feed industry application. Keratinase is a kind of complex protease. The disulfide bond reductase containing specific disulfide bonds and the polypeptide hydrolase which hydrolyzed the polypeptide contain disulfide bond reductase and polypeptide hydrolase, and many other enzyme groups, such as disulfide bond reductase and polypeptide hydrolase. It can effectively decompose keratin to produce polypeptides, oligopeptides and free amino acids.
