LNG pump skid

 

The main work of the LNG solution is to pressurize the liquid in the LNG cryogenic tank after passing through a low temperature submersible pump and then piping it to the LNG solution. It is metered and injected into LNG-fueled vehicles.

 

 

The design uses skid-mounted, that is, low-temperature storage tanks, pressurized carburetor, piping, control valves, low temperature submersible pump, pump and filling system, such as concentrated on the skid mounted. The station has the following characteristics:

 

? highly centralized, integrated design, small footprint: on-site installation of small, put into use fast;

 

? skop design, easy to transport and transfer, with good mobility;

 

? key components imported original parts, electrical instrumentation system according to explosion-proof design, safe and reliable;

 

? process pipeline short, pre-cooling time is short, filling speed;

 

? PLC automatic control, man-machine interface is good, easy to operate.

 

 

In order to system security, to ensure the use of explosion-proof electrical parts to reduce the cost, the control cabinet is independent of the pry block, installed in the safe area of the control room, in line with national standards.
