Application

Applying for welding Cr2.5Mo pearlitic heat-resistant steel(eg:2.25CrMo).Eg:High temperature and high pressure pipeline, synthetic Chemical equipment, Petroleum cracking equipment, repairing for alloy steel casting.

Characteristic

It is alkalinity slag-systems mixed (calcium oxide+ fluoride) gas shield flux cored wire for pearlitic heat-resistant steel. Besides the excellent plasticity and good mechanical properties and good mechanical properties and  anti-cracking ability,it also has the advantage of arc stability, fine welding appearance , especially norma- temperature and low-temperature impact toughness. Suitable for full position welding, and the preheating and interpass temperatures are 200-300?.

Attentions

?Direct current electrode positive(DCEP)welding.(Welding wire connecting anode).

?Elongation is 15-20mm, flow rate is 20-25Lmin.

?When in multi pass welding, keep the layer temperature at about 160?-190?.

?Please remove grease, stains,rust and water vapor from the base metal surface before welding.
