1.Q:What’s your product range?

2. Q:How can I get the accurate price?

A:We need to know some basic information for price calculate, such as the quantity, the size, the shape of the bag, material,thickness,color printing & surface finishing. Then we will make the quotation soon.

3. Q:What’s the lead time for bulk order?

A: It’s depends on the order quantity and the season you place order. Usually case is around 2-3 weeks if we don’t have the items in stock.

4. Q: What about the sample charge and lead time?

A: For existing samples, we could provide sample for free as long as you agree to pay the freight cost. Sample lead time 2 day.

For the samples with your own design, we will ask to pay the sample cost while the cost can be refundable after you place the order. Sample lead time around 7 days.
