PALL UE619AS40Z filter element is a glass fiber high precision fluid filter element.PALL UE619AS40Z filter material adopts ultra-fine glass fiber and is equipped with non-woven cloth and nickel-plated iron wire cloth to increase the support strength and service life of PALL UE619AS40Z filter material.The joint of the filter material adopts a more solid ultrasonic welding and double protection technology of iron bar bonding. The end cover adopts ABS engineering plastic, which is 6-8 times of the strength of the polypropylene end cover with the original PALL UE619AS40Z filter element.The adhesion of the filter material and the end cover abandons the plastic fusion technology, and USES the more mature German hangao component adhesive, so that the collapse level of the filter element is at least doubled.
