Structure

This equipment is mainly composed of racks, pot, burner, stirring slurry, dumping a pot plant and gas pipelines and so on. Rack is used to install, solid body and the device, the main parts of the body is the production of food, burners for heating pot, agitator to replace manual automatically stir fry dish, tilting devices used to implement the Pan pot overturn operation, gas pipelines for gas input and control.

Properties

After you open the gas line valve, gas into the burner, burn after ignition, heating of the pot and the pot of food cooking. By tilting pan control the Pan, tilting Pan unit consists mainly of worm gear, when shaking when you tilt the pan handle, gear rotation, drive the pot around the supporting shaft rotation, so as to realize the pot overturn, so that food out of the pot, and clean. Agitator due to stepless variable speed motor drives, can adjust the mixing speed at a certain speed range, and meet the food cooking process requirements.
