1. Product description of the Robot Palletizer:

 The palletizing robots  are among the fastest palletizers on the market, while also offering utmost precision and repeatability with the characteristics of greater dynamic performance, shorter cycle times and higher efficiency.

The Robot Palletizer is widely used for industry palletizing, which can save a lot of labors. The machine is flexible to pallet in different ways. 
It consists of gripping cylinders, pneumatic motivation components, bag pressing cylinder, electromagnetic valves, and gripping hands made out of stainless steel. 
The robot distribution system (ABB)comprises pallet storage lot made of carbon steel, pallet lift mechanism, pallet conveyor, fitted with photoelectric switches, suitable gear box, frequency converter and motors.

The maximum speed of stacking by the robot: 1200 bags/hour

Power supply: three-phase and five-wire; 380V±5%

Power: 20 to 30 kilowatts

Flow rate of air source: 20 to 40 cubic meters/hour

Environmental temperature: 0? to 40?
