Q69 series roller conveyor shot blasting machine is used to clean and process the very big and flat of steel plate ,bar and welding components.The components pass  through the machine (usually a pre chamber, a blasting chamber and a blowoff/

brush-off chamber) on a special forceddrive roller conveyor system. The travel speed

is variable.

We offer turnkey conservation lines for putting a welding primer or a total surface coating on welding constructions. Regardless of the condition of your raw materials, they can be pretreated,derusted and coated with a high gloss paint, all in a single process.

This kind of roller conveyor shot blasting machine is composed of warm-up, impeller blasting treatment, spray-paint drying procedure, fit for removing rust and spray-paint on surface of steel plate, bar and structural pieces. 

This series has roll table , fit for removing stress and rust on surface of large scale I-shaped steel and steel structure for architecture and bridge industry.
