4. Our service on A2 Production Line

Free installation and debugging service by seller’s technical team, including at lease 1 engineer and 3 workers;

Free training to buyer’s technical team, including product knowledge and production equipment normal operation and maintenance;

Buyer has maximum 3 times free on-site service provided by Seller;

During Warranty Period, all the replacement of broken part shall be at Seller cost, delivery freight included;

After Warranty Period, Buyer will be offered extra 12 months supportive maintenance service of Equipment;

5.Other terms & condition

Delivery time: In 120 days after receipt of deposit;

Payment Term: 50% of contract value paid as deposit, 45% of contact value should be paid before shipment, and 5% should be paid when installation and debugging are finished;

Warranty: 12 months after final acceptance;

Loading Port: Shanghai

Packing Details:Equipment and Accessory are protected by proper packing materials, usually including carton box, ESD bag, tray, tube, bubble wrap, label, desiccant, etc.;
