Shuttle Tunnel Kiln is the new type kiln for brick making industries. Shuttle tunnel kiln is special designed for some special type high quality bricks. Compared with the regular tunnel kiln, the production capacity of shuttle kiln will not reach very high, but the firing temperature and firing efficiency will be different. Its also the cost-saving technology.

PRODUCT FEATURE

1) Prefabricated, pre-assembled modular design minimising on site assembly time.

2) Lightweight insulation generally using low thermal mass insulation brick. The kiln wall to kiln car seal (bench) is constructed using a combination of insulation and refractory brick.

3) Lightweight and robust kiln car super structure using extruded perimeter blocks forming the car-to-car seal and the kiln car is casted by light refractory material.

4) Medium to high velocity burners for Natural Gas.

5) Multi zone fully automatic temperature control.

6) Thermocouples in every module for precise temperature profile monitoring.

7) PLC based Ethernet controls using PLC rack mounted controls with a 250 mm HMI and

PC based SCADA system for recipe, data storage and trending and equipment operating control and interface.

8) Frequency Speed Controllers fitted to the combustion air fan and Ware Cooling fan to maximise

efficiency in operational costs and to reduce noise emissions.

9) Oxygen monitoring at 1 point in the kiln.

Before-sale services:
(1) Tell customer how to build a brick plant, the complete plant including three parts, brick shaping machinery, drying and firing.(Confirm clay,power electricity,water,land area, fund)
(2) Guide customers to choose the best and economic plant, recover the investment within short time.

(4) We are responsible for the offer, flow chart, and detail specification of each machinery.

In-Sale services:

After-sale services:
(1) We will send the technicians to guide with device installation, debugging and training operators until customers are fully satisfied.
(2) Guarantee for machinery, materials and equipment supplied under this quotation are valid for a period of 12 months after commissioning or 16 months after delivery whichever is earlier. Warranty shall cover manufacturing defect in material and workmanship but exclude:
1. Daily wear and tear

2.mishandling or improper operation

3. Incoming power supply fluctuation
4. Consumable and spare parts.
