Generally, we pack these car rooftop tent in neutral brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,

we can pack them in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

?How to ship such a heavy tent?

1). The car tents have weight from 35kgs ~ 75kgs for different models. Measurement weight from 80-120kgs.

2). It is recommended to ship by sea. If you don't want to wait long time, we can ship by air or express.

?What is your terms of payment?

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. 

We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

?What is your terms of delivery?

EXW (defaulted), FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

?How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Yes, we have our own engineer teem. It is ok to produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
