1, sway arm lifting feeding.

2, using volume integral correction method, PLC controlled rectification, limit alarms and displays.

3, cutting adopts pneumatic clutch hold dual structure, motion controls for fully automatic control, thickened wall with cast iron, machine run stable, biaxial winding, rocker lift pneumatic control.

4, loading/unloading system using Rails-style structure that combines electro-pneumatic, finished product coil automatic loading and unloading transportation cars.

5, all motions and interlock the machine adopts Siemens PLC control, dynamic display length counting, frequency control, the material is alarming.
