2.Unwinding reel is clamped pneumatically with shaftless cones; reel width is electrically controlled and also with line position control LPC system.? 

3.Ultrasonic reel diameter detector is used with residual reel alarming system 

4.Pneumatic slip- rewinding shaft; automatic setting-length alarm system. 

5.Backpressure reel-pressed cylinder makes rewinding reel tidy and good tightness. 

6.Man-machine-interface, CPU centralized control system

7.Small area occupancy and one person can operate it freely.
