Sodium sulfate filler masterbatch is based on 20% Virgin LLDPE and 80% NaNo BaSO4, it can be applied for PE films, can give target film the best transparency, best strength, best smoothness, best shinny in all Fillers. Meanwhile, give more weight due to 2.5 density.

Effect

1.Xinyang adopts unique modified technique that mix 1250-5000 mesh powder and high polymer materials to produce Transparent Filler Masterbatch. The product can be compatible well with PE resin. 

2.When mixed up with other additives to produce plastic products, ordinary machine can be used. The masterbatch does not have bad effect on melt's mobility and the machine itself.  Customers also have no need to change the processing technic.

3.Protecting plastic products' property for it's high transparency, glossiness, smoothness and printability.

4.Nontoxic, non-irritant, high plasticization, symmetrical granule.
