Maintenance methods used in hydraulic couplings

The hydraulic coupler should be overhauled after 20000h or 5 years. The basic steps for its disintegration and reassembly are as follows:


Step after drain oil: turn on the lubricating oil filter and check and clean.


Lower coupling and check.

Check the radial runout of the input shaft and output shaft.

Remove the sliding regulator and drive lever from the cabinet.

Remove auxiliary lubricating oil pump and its motor.


Remove the auxiliary working oil pump and its motor.


Remove the lubrication and cooling water temperature in the cold high and slip is large, to allow the shipment to check the gas oil temperature shall not exceed 55 ?.


The load of the coupling will be increased by 25% for every 4h, until the hydraulic coupling is fully loaded, and the motor power is cut off.


Check the gear meshing of the hydraulic coupler and record the percentage of the teeth in the long and wide meshing marks, and check the properties of the precipitates deposited in the filter.


When the gear transmission device is found to be abnormal, the cause must be found and excluded.
