? What’s Aluminium Dross ?

Aluminium Dross(aluminium slag) is one kind of by-product produced by First aluminum industry and second aluminium industry. The poisonous metal element(Se,As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Pb Etc) in the aluminium dross may cause heavy metal pollution if they go into the soil and groundwater system, the salt of the salt cake gather in the soil can cause salinization, contacting with water will produce ammonia, hydrogen and methane, which can cause fire; the impurities such as arsenic and arsenide aluminium will have the reaction with water to product arsine gas, after gathering in the production sites, which not only pollute the air, but also cause acute arsine poisoning to the close contacts.

In our country, the aluminium dross generated each year is great amount, the storing occupies the land and caused pollution.On the other hand, there is lots of aluminium and alumina in the aluminium dross, can be renewable resources.Aluminium recovery rate is low in the previous aluminium processing , and high labour consumption.

?) How to recovery liquid aluminium from hot aluminium dross ?

? Dig out the hot aluminium dross from melting furnace by Rabble,

? and put it into dross bucket, transfer the dross bucket to our Aluminium dross separator once it be full loaded.

? To feed the hot dross into Aluminium Dross Separator by forklift or by manpower(It’s optional).

? Turn on the start button then the machine will working automatically, the Stirring paddle will turns clockwise and anti-clockwise,

? After 10 to 15 minuets, the liquid aluminium will come out along the Launder.

? Very less of exceed amount o f aluminum dross will be discharged from the side window on the pot.
