There are three types which are used in fields of mining, cement making and concrete making respectively. The rotor and the chambers can be customized.

In the crushing line, the stone jaw crusher is usually used in the primary crushing. The stone crushed by the jaw crusher will be delivered to the impact crusher by belt conveyor. After crushed by the impact crusher, the crushed stone will be delivered to the vibrating screen. The finished product will be screened out. The stone bigger than the required size will be returned to the impact crusher for recrushing. It's a closed circuit.

Stone Crusher Impact Crusher have a crushing chamber which is composed of a movable jaw, a stationary jaw and a edge plate. Driven by electric motor, via motorpully, V-belt and sheave driving eccentric shaft that make movable jaw move in accordance with pre-selected track cause crushing the material which are in the crushing chamber and setting the crushed material by the discharge gate.
