Rolling mill rolls

Roller is used to support the work roll, and the roll can reduce the diameter of the work roll and increase the roll rigidity of the work roll by contacting the roll with the work roll. Roller forging are widely used for metallurgical equipment industry and rolling mill (for example rolling machine,aluminum sheet mill, aluminum foil mill and so on ).

Description: 

This product is applied to aluminum rolling mill by Turkish customers. 

The common materials: 42CrMo4,55Mn2,55Cr,60CrMnMo,70Cr3Mo 

It conforms to the standards of ASTM and ASME 

Material smelting process:EF+LF+VD 

The manufacturing equipment is 60MN hydraulic press 

Forging reduction ratio=3:1, 

UT standard is in accordance with the standard of EN10228.3:1998 level3  

The manufacturing equipment is 30~185MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >3:1, the technical condition is in accordance with the standard of ASTM A668/A668-96 and JB/T1270-2002. 

The product can be provided as per your drawing or specified requirements.
