1. top plate:

Fixture PCBA will b facing up, placed in the feeder table, rail linkage and HA601 equipment, carrying PCBA fixture into selective spray HA601 equipment.

2. spray:

When hosting PCBA transferred to the HA601 machine HA601 four-axis coating machine on the b side of the PCBA are flat or tilt of the façade and selective coating.

3. purple check connections:

Purple check: Visual inspection b paint spray film uniformity, whether there is a leak problem, how spray problems. Purple check the connection machine, with a wet film thickness of wet film thickness meter sampling test.

Jointing: violet check feeder machine and HA601 machine linkage, arranged PCBA ordered into the hot oven.

4. the Panel:

Cured PCBA into back-end connections, natural cooling, waiting for the next Board.

5. b surface cools, go t HA221A according to the above process to the front surface coating.
