Q1: Can I get the sample to see the quality? Is sample for free? How can I get it?

A: Yes, sure. The existing sample can be provide for your reference. And it is free. For the customized new sample or mould, it should be charged according to the different products. Please kindly give us your company name, detailed address, zip code, telephone number, courier service account (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.), then we send the samples out. Please notice that the freight is on buyer’s account. Also you can prepay us if you don’t have any express account.

Q2: What is the lead time of sample and mass production?

A: Existing sample: 3-5 days

Customized sample: 12-15 days
Customized new mould & sample: 20-25 days
Mass production time: Normally, the delivery time is 30-35 days. But it still depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order

Q3:What about the shipment?

A: The shipment is according to your requirement, it can be shipped by air, by sea or by land. The transport costs and transit time depends on the way and destination port.
