Toe Puff is a heat adhesive material, that is inserted (using heat) between the lining and the upper of the shoes, to hold its Toe shape.
Features:
Main Material: TPU hot melt adhesive with scrim fabric one side or both side base
Thickness: 0.4mm-2.0mm
Melting temperature: 75-90?
Activated temperature: 105-120?
Application: shoe toe puff and counter material of lady shoe, leather shoe, children shoe, dancing shoe, sports shoe etc.
Advantages:

2. Rigid but high resilience with both side adhesive bonding
3. Low activated temperature
4. Long opening time, remain soft 2-3 minutes

Packing& Shipping
Sheet packing:
1M*1.5M/sheet normally; 500-1000sheet by pallets as required by different thickness
Roll packing:
40&50yards per roll in polybag as required by different thickness.
