Tungsten copper alloy 


Description


Tungsten copper alloy plate and rod are produced by isostatic pressing, high temperature sintering and copper infiltration process.



Advantages:


High arc resistance with good electrical conductivity

High thermal conductivity

Low thermal expansion


Applications:


Arcing contacts and vacuum contacts in high & medium voltage breaker 

Electrodes in electric spark erosion cutting machines

Heat sinks as passive cooling elements of electronic devices and Electronic packaging materials.

Electrodes for resistance welding

Frame heat conducting plates, chip carriers and high-energy electron devices.
