Introduction:

The pump oil used in high vacuum technology requires heat resistance oxidation, vapor depression at cooling temperature, and its vapor pressure varies greatly with temperature, so the boiling temperature can not be too high.Mercury was used in the early years, and mineral oils, esters, polyether and silicone oil are mainly used.The performance of silicone oil is characterized by high thermal oxidation stability, small viscosity temperature coefficient, narrow boiling point range, steep vapor pressure curve (a little change in temperature, large vapor pressure), low vapor pressure at room temperature, low freezing point, and chemical inertness, which is non-toxic, tasteless and non corrosive. Therefore, it can be used for a long time at 250 C and allowed to be used at higher temperatures in a vacuum.

Description:

The vacuum pump oil is mainly used to meet the requirement of high - speed pumping and high vacuum degree of a large amount of gas or vapor in the production operation.

The 705vacuum pump oil is a single component liquid from colorless to yellowish.  It can be used to produce ultra-high vacuum from 10-9 to 10-10 (no trap) and 10-11 (including trap).

The vapor pressure and reflux rate of the 705 diffusion pump oil are very low, so there is no need for capture and cooling in some ultra high and ultra clean vacuum applications. In all organosilicon diffusion pump oil, it has the highest benzene content and the strongest radiation resistance.
