Principle

Wet raw material enters into helix vibration plate from top and moves along with the helix plate 

under the function of vibration force and gravity, dried product is discharged at the bottom 

layer. Meanwhile clean hot air enters into the dryer from the bottom helix plate and exhausts from

the top outlet vent. Material will be dried during the process.

The dryer is suitable for drying granule, strip and ball shape material in chemical industry, 

pharmaceutical industry, food industry, construction material industry, feed industry and so on.
