Features:
Glue type: Water-based
1. It is used for gluing and pasting of foam, fabric, PVE, EVA, leather, PU and etc.
2. Also adhesive-bonded the raw material of shoe-making, making cap, handbag, box, sofa, automobile seating cushion etc.
3. Teflon, coated on the surface of heating roller, can efficaciously prevent the hot melt adhesive against sticking on the surface of roller and carbonization.
4. All the heating pipes in the drying roller are made of stainless steel and the temperature of the heating drying roller can be as high as 160C degree, and even 200C degree. There are usually two sets of heating system in the drying roller. The heating will automatically change from two sets to one set. It is safe and energy saving.
5. Conveyor system can be installed for materials in sheets from.
