The DRS wheel block system

This versatile system provides optimum performance ratios for a maximum load capacity (from 1t to 50 t)with compact dimensions. wheel diameter ( 125mm to  315mm) ensure that the right unit is selected for the corresponding application.Besides a wide variety of travel wheel types from the standard range, special designs are also available to meet customer requirements. The housing, which is machined on all sides, can be connected to virtually any customer design. Offset and angular geared motors from the Demag modular system are available for the driven variant as individual or central drive units.

Various travel wheel designs and means of connection to customer structures also make this standard component suitable for universal applications. Demag offset geared motors can be used as drive units.

DRS wheel block for Packaging & delivery

Packaging:

1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood case.

2. Main beams, end beams and electric hoist are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.

Delivery:

1. If the size of whole crane are suitable for container ship, usually by container;

2. If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;

3. Transport ways are based on reducing cost for you and keep the crane performance!

We will make the delivery within 15 ~30 business day after receive your payment.
