In the process of assembling pneumatic loader tire, sometimes the tyre lock ring, retainer ring and movable seat are not installed properly. The tire in the process of inflation, once the tire lock ring pressure ring, will lead to lock ring, retaining ring and movable base pop-up, serious and even cause casualties. In order to ensure the safety of operators, fundamentally eliminate hidden dangers and improve work efficiency, we made a simple, practical, safe and effective tire inflation protection device. The tire inflation protection device consists of 1 pressing plates, 2 sets of hooks and 2 pin shafts. Hook hook hook and consists of two parts, the overall production can hook and the hook rod, can also be fixed by welding on the hook rod.

The tire inflation protection device has the advantages of simple manufacture, convenient operation and high working efficiency, and is suitable for the inflation protection of various large tires
