The maximum capacity that XGZ can convey is up to 1000t/h. This series of conveyor include 10 specifications. There are 5 types according to the width of conveying trough, from 600mm to 1400mm. In general, XGZ series scraper conveyors are used for horizontal convey. However, it also can be tilted layout. As for the scraper conveyor with round-link chain, its capacity dramatically reduce at large slope. So in coal preparation plant, generally the dip angle is below 5°-6°. In the condition of small capacity, its angle can adjust up to 20°-30°.

There are two types of drive system(NGW-Y and NGW-S-Y),you can choose one. However, the speed reducer’s price for NGW-S type is 30 percent higher than NGW type. So we recommend you to choose NGW-Y type if the place is suitable.
