Brief Introduction:
D model diesel multi-stage pump applies hydraulic models with high efficiency and energy saving properties which is national recommended; after continuous innovation and update, our product has advantages as high efficiency, wide range performance, safe and stable operation, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, long use life, etc and its technology is in the leading position domestically and product performance is reliable. This series products are mainly used for mine drainage, urban drainage, tap water pipe network pressurization and the filter parts and easily-worn parts apply wear-resisting material, so they can e used for transportation of neutral mine water with solid particles content =1.5%,granularity=0.5mm and temperature lower than 80? and other similar sewage water.
Diesel engine multi-stage pump-high lift and long distance water transportation-ideal product for mine drainage detailed introduction:
D model diesel engine multi-stage pump is horizontal, single suction, sectional type centrifugal pump and the suction direction is horizontal way while the discharging direction is upwards vertical with horizontal direction. The suction stage, middle stage, discharge stage and pump shell bearing body are united together through draw-in bolts. The pump stage is chosen according to pump lift.
The rotors of this product series are combined of shaft, impeller installed on the shaft, shaft sleeves and balancing plates and the quantity of impeller is decided by pump stage. Parts on the shaft are connected with shaft through flat key and spindle nuts. The whole rotor is supported by rolling bearings on both ends or sliding bearings which are determined according to models and all the bearings do not bear axial force which is balanced by balancing plate. During pump operation, axial movement of rotors inside the pump case is allowed, so radial ball bearing cannot be applied. Rolling bearing needs grease lubrication and sliding bearing needs oil lubrication and make self-lubrication through oil rings and apply cooling by circulating water.
The sealing faces among the pump suction stage, middle stage and discharge stage applies molybdenum disulphide grease sealing while the surface between rotors and fixed parts applies sealing ring and guide vanes for sealing, so when the sealing ring and guide vane damages bad enough to influence pump working performance, then it is necessary to change them.
The shaft sealing has two types: mechanical sealing and packing sealing. When applying packing sealing, make sure the packing ring is installed correctly and the tightness degree must be appropriate in accordance with the standard that the liquid weeps drop by drop. All the sealing parts of the pump are put inside the sealing cavity and some water is put into the cavity forming water pressure for water sealing, water cooling or water lubrication. A changeable shaft sleeve is installed at shaft sealing position to protect pump shaft.
Looking from the direction of diesel engine, the pump rotates clockwise.

Technical characteristics: high efficiency and energy saving. We insist on professional production and we have unique methods of product model selecting, moulds manufacture and casting technology of hydraulic parts. All the overflow parts all apply precision casting in order to guarantee the passageway dimension and smooth level of passageway. This pump's measured efficiency is 2% higher than other normal multi-stage pumps on average and has good energy saving effect.
Advanced technology equipments: our company guarantees the product assembly performance. We imported advanced parts cleaning equipment, clean every part carefully before assembling and guarantee the unique assembly quality of our products: we put o-shaped sealing gasket on the matching surface between balancing ring and pump to prevent high-pressured water come into balancing chamber decreasing abrasion of the balancing plate and extending work life. For pumps with diameter larger then DN200, we install a balancing plate abrasion indicator for timely observation of abrasion degree and change balancing plate or balancing ring in order to guarantee machine working.
Proper material selection:According to different customers' requests, balancing plate and balancing ring can apply different materials like surfacing hard alloy, alloy steel or QT600Mn2 alloy ductile cast iron with high surface hardness and abrasive resistance for the sake of extension of work life. MD model pump passageway applies high alloy wear resisting cast iron or high grade abrasive resistance ductile cast iron which has good abrasive resistance.
Good surface quality: precision mould casting technology and automatic spraying machine for coating contribute to good surface quality and good-looking appearance.
