How it works

Ribbon mixer Forward and reverse rotation ribbon installed on the same horizontal axis, forming a low-power efficient hybrid environment, snails ribbon blades generally made double or triple, the outer spiral of the material from both sides to the central collection, inner spiral will material from the center to both sides of the conveyor, the material can form more in the flow vortex mixing speed to speed up and improve the degree of homogeneity; adopt cycloidal reducer drive pulley driven, relative to the gear reducer, high-torque, belt drive the elastic connection with the overload protection of drive components advantage.

There is another agitator blade substitute of ribbon blades , It is paddle blades , Ribbon Paddle mixer is also one of the high efficiency mixer. If the materials is less 20% capacity of total volume or the materials is fried or dried ., Ribbon paddle blender is the best choice.

Other advantage

Ribbon blender can be made by different materials like SUS304 or 316 , and the thickness will be depend on the materials or if vacuum system and any pressure in the trough.

Discharge valve can be optioned by Ball valve ,butterfly valve ,flap valve, and pneumatic valve discharge is also optioned

Heating system ,vacuum system. Cover design ,Ex-proof motor , Converter are all optioned by the production request.
