Application and introduction

Dual planetary mixer is with two agitator blades ,The two blade rotate by their own axis ,and also orbit to the vessel ,Duo to this special design , two blade rotating with settled speed . It will put the materials inside with high shearing and kneading powder ,within this strong power, the materials dispersing with a very stable and high efficiency condition , Planetary mixer is becoming a very popular and better choice for many industry production which are request high efficiency with strong shearing and kneading for high viscous materials ,Widely used on pharmaceutical , food ,paste ,toothpaste ,cosmetics ,rubber compound ,resins ,Adhesives and so on.

How is work

Double planetary mixer is composed by power driving parts ,frame support ,hydraulic lift system ,agitator blades and mixing vessels. On the blade , there is an small device , it is scraper , It is used to scrape the materials on sidewall and also bottom vessel ,to make sure the mixing process is without blind area ,The interior is mirror polished and the blade is continuously remove the materials from vessel wall to the inside , One revolution ,the blade pass the whole vessel and three revolutions done ,all materials have been mixed ,and after 36 revolution .blade will touch the entire batch.

The operating system of the planetary mixer by PLC and all the motors are all Ex-proof , The materials can be made by Stainless steel 304 or 316L based on request.
