Principle : Molecule occur polarization under the action of high frequency electric field, and put in order according to the direction of electric field,but it will change the direction rapidly under the high frequency electric field to emit heat and weld quickly.

Applications: designed specifically for production of airship ,can also used to weld big size PVC material.

DXFT High Frequency Welder is designed specifically for production of airship . We offer the most advanced technological custom made tooling to get good quality of welding seam. The welding state can be checked easily thanks to a side display .


DXFT  also equipped with special quick move device. Control box mounted near the operator sit place allow easy handling of big size material and precision weld positioning .


With the use of touch screen HMI and programmable PLC ,operator can easily input multiple weld.DXFT series machines have HF power outputs from 15kW to 35kW for various material thicknesses. All these options make this machine a perfect tool for high end production where precision, durability and strength is the key.(this is China military project)
