25KW Drivable HF PVC Membrane Structure Welding Machine

Applications: designed specifically for production of airship ,can also used to weld big size PVC material,such as Large format technical textiles, Large Covers for trucks and boats ,Membrane Curtains for trucks ,Large Swimming pool covers Temporary shelters 


Machine overview: 

DXFT High Frequency Welder is designed specifically for production of airship . The machine wheel movable, can operate like drive a car . 

Operator can drive the machine ,forward ,back ,left and right . 


DXFT  also equipped with special quick move device. Control box mounted near the operator sit place allow easy handling of big size material and precision weld positioning .


The welding time , cooling time can set according to different thickness materials. 

This series machine also have advantages as below : 

1) Machine can drive , can move 360 degree 

2) Install with mirror ,operator can see front and back .

3) Need code to operate the machine  , only professional worker have right to operate the machine 

4) Have a seat in the machine , can make the operator not feel tired. 

5) Davison Machinery company  developed a new sparking protection system , lower the rejection rate 

6) With current limiter , the welding current not over the setting parameter 

With the use of touch screen HMI and programmable PLC ,operator can easily input multiple weld.DXFT series machines have HF power outputs from 15kW to 25kW for various material thicknesses. All these options make this machine a perfect tool for high end production where precision, durability and strength is the key.(this is China military project)
