It is used for decoiling the strip coils to Roll Forming Machine. The max coil weight is 3 tons, hydraulic expansion, speed controlled by frequency converter

2.Feeding and leveling of Hat Roll Forming Machine

For feeding, we adopt arc type for feeding the material better. The leveling machine is suitable for the material thickness 1.5-4.0mm.

3.Punching of Hat Roll Forming Machine

It is for punching different type of holes which according to customers’ drawing. It adopts hydraulic type. It is full automatically and controlled by touch screen on the main electric control box.

4.Hat Roll Forming main Machine

The hat roll forming main machine, with 14 roll stations, it is adjustable for different profile width. The transmission type is by coupling and gear box.

It is used for making the end product in straight, with left and right, up and down rolls for adjusting. Manual adjusted by hand wheel.

6.Hydraulic Cutting System of Hat Roll Forming Machine

It adopt hydraulic flying cutting system, the hat roll forming machine will not stop when cutting, cut the finished products after the hat roll forming machine to get the required length.
