Product Detail
RT45 steel tube production line is to make CR/HR/GI steel pipes in certain sizes. Round pipe range could be 13mm to 50.8mm in thickness 0.6mm to 2.3mm, while square pipe from 10x10 to 4x4mm in thickness 0.6m to 1.7m. The tube welding line speed range from 30m/min to 100m/min with standard equipment. But if needed, the tube making line speed could be higher to 130m/min, which is usually for making high output low yield strength galvanized steel tubes.
The whole steel tube production line contains decoiler, accumulator, forming section, erw welding, sizing section, tube cutting, out table, roller and etc.
Composition:
1.Decoiler
Decoiler is to fix the raw material—steel coil, and then expand the coil by manual or by hydraulic, after that, the coil could open and decoiling, to feeding the next step—accumulator.
2.Accumulator
Accumulator is to storage steel material for pipe forming, because the line speed is high. The accumulator could be vertical type or horizontal type, depend on the needs of clients.
3.Forming section
Forming section is to form steel strip to round shape for welding. The forming section includes vertical and horizontal stand for fixing forming rollers.
4.ERW welding
ERW welding is to weld the seam after the strip forming to round. We use high frequency welding so the whole tube forming line could reach its speed.
5.Sizing section
Sizing section is to shape the formed tubes to its requested shape. The sizing section includes vertical and horizontal stand for fixing sizing rollers.
6.Tube cutting
Tube cutting is to cutting the final tube after forming and size to request length. It could be hot type cutting saw or cold type cutting saw.
7.Out table
Out table is to collect and convey the finished tubes for packing.
8.Roller
Roller is fixed on forming section and sizing section to support the forming and sizing step. Different tube size needs different roller sets.
