Automated Aseptic Packaging Machine for Fruit Vegetable Juice Puree Concentrate Tomato Paste and Milk Using Aseptic Bag and Bag in Box

UNSW Series Aseptic Filler is directly connected to the aseptic processing line and can fill the product into a sterile bag. The sterile bag is an aluminum-plastic multi-layer composite bag that can effectively block sunlight and oxygen. The sterile bag must be placed in a protective box or vat for long-distance transportation.

The filling chamber of the aseptic filling machine is sterile. Sterile bag sterilization, opening, quantitative filling and sealing are all automatically completed here by computer control. The temperature control system automatically adjusts the temperature of the filling chamber and uses a steam injection method to sterilize the bag mouth and the filling chamber.
