Technical Features

ASP100 filling machine is a kind of high efficiency and the most compact aseptic bag in box filling machine. The features are as following:

1. The filling process of uncapping, filling, capping are all finished under aseptic environment .

2. Steam is the only sterilization mode which could prevent products pollution.

3. The moving parts has steam screen protection and the sealed aseptic chamber ensure sterility. It has a complete protection system if low temperature happens

4. There is uncapping confirmation system for filing head. The filling starts when the aseptic cap is pulled out which could avoid aseptic chamber pollution.

5. Compact structure,basic devices using German brand products which ensure the reliability of equipment.

6. PLC and touching screen control operation mode with high automatic level and easy operation characteristic, it has function of self diagnosis.

7. Metering with weight and electric magnetic flow meter for 1 inch spout aseptic bags.

8. With CIP cleaning function.

Operation

1. Before filling , the filling machine and products pipeline need to sterilize with 120 ? steam for 3 minutes

2. The operator need to insert he empty bag into the spout holder, and then the filling machine starts automatic filling, the aseptic chamber with sterilize air and positive pressure.

3. Metering with flow meter and weight system . After bags filled, the filling machine starts the process of capping automatically and the bags was transferred to conveyors.

4. PLC inspect the temperature of aseptic chamber and pressure to ensure aseptic .
