Compare with the normal filter press, the automatic membrane filter press is a more advanced filter press type. It not only adds the automatic plate shifting device, but also adopts membrane filter plate to replace the normal recessed filter plate. In addition, we adopt the high quality pure pp and PET material to produce high quality filter plate to get the best filtering performance.


For filter press plate pack, it contains two filter plate types: chamber filter press plate and the membrane filter plate. Specially, the membrane filter plate has a three layers structure with sandwich design, and it’s hollow. We can pump the high pressure water or the compressed air into the membrane chamber, so that can squeeze the filter cake additionally, so the filter cakes will be dryer and has better filtration effect.


For our automatic membrane filter press, it has a automatic plate shifting device. While discharging, plate shifers can drive the filter plate to open, thus filter cakes can drop automatically under the gravity.
