For our cast iron filter presses, we have automatic filter press and manual filter press. Because difference with pp filter press plate, the cast iron filter plate is very heavy and not easy to move by manpower, so normally if the filter plate size is over 630mm, we will recommend the automatic cast iron chamber filter press to improve the filtering efficiency and save labor. Our cast iron filter plate type include recessed filter plate and plate frame type filter plate to meet your individual demand. For the closing methord, hydraulic filter press is most popular.

In fact, beside the filter press plate, and also our filter press structure (except beams) is also made of nodular cast iron. Our cast iron plate filter press adopts advanced casting technology, and it has best casting performance, wear resistance and aseismic performance. Additionally, after milling process, the filter plates surface will be more smooth and has smaller horizontal error, so it can has better chamber sealing to bear higher filtering pressure.
