1. How do I measure a box?

The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Point out it is outside size or inside size.

2. How soon can I get a price quote?

Tell me about your carton sizes, material, application and quantity in details ,I will calculate the price in 60 minutes.

3. How long will it take to receive my products?

As a general rule, it will take 2 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.

4. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?

All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.

5. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order quantity is 500PCS with printing.

6. Can I get a sample?

Yes, we have a sample carton making machine, we can make sample as your requirement without printing.

7. Do you have a price catalog?

All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.

8. OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?

Of course you can. Welcome OEM or Custom Order. What you need to do is to send us drawing of your requested style; We will submit sample for your approval.

9. Payment Terms: How do we arrange payment?

T/T:Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 50% down payment, balance upon before shipment or against copy bill of lading;

10. Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?

We will arrange production since the order and payment are confirmed, we will take 7-15 days to arrange production and book shipping space in advance before goods is ready.
