1. Quality
I want all of my customers satisfied and happy with their purchase. If any problems are found with your order upon receipt please contact me and I will resolve it for you.
Digital items are not retrievable once sent.
2.Shipping policies
All graphics are digital. You will receive these via either instant download or e-mail.
3.Premade designs:
Turnaround time is generally 1-3 business days. Due to the design process of communicating back and forth with the client, some designs may take longer.
4.Custom designs:
Turnaround time is based on the amount of changes needed during the design process and the amount of orders I have at that time.
5.Additional policies
I want every client to be happy with their design, therefore I send watermarked proofs for approval or change/correction requests before e-mailing the final file(s). This does require the client to communicate so that I know how to move forward with the design, changes to make, etc.
I understand that life happens and our schedules get busy, but if the client fails to respond to messages (e-mail on client's receipt) after a period of 3 months the order will be closed as follows:
