1. Introduction

DBDPE is an additive type flame retardant with many advantages: high bromine content, good thermal stability, high UV-Resistance and lower permeability. It`s developed especially for computer, fax machine, telephone, printer, household appliances etc. products with high level flame retardant.

In order to meet customer`s requirement better, we developed DBDPE masterbatch(HX-Br) through advanced production line, fully enclosed production process and the best formulation and technology. The content is more than 90%, HX-Br can replace powdery DBDPE equivalently with same flame retardant effect and have better compatibility with various of resin.

HX-Sb passed the evaluation of SGS, CTI etc. certification authority and comply with EU ROHS requirement, can be used to injection and extrusion processing directly, simple and easy to use.

5. Application recommendation

1)The HX-Br can be used in any resin, rubber, plastic and elastomer with flame retardant requirement,HX-Sb can replace powdery Sb2O3 equivalently with same flame retardant effect and have better compatibility with various of resin, generally, 10-19% dosage can make the product meet UL 94 V0 requirement.

2) Widely used in PP, PE, EVA, PA6, PA66, PBT, PET and TPU, TPE etc. thermoplastic elastomer.
