?Description?: This product is colorless clear liquid

?Pharmacological Action?: It is a dopamine receptor antagonist; Domperidone can stop dopamine from restraining fish’s releasing of GTH and ovulation as well as strengthen LHRH-A2 and sGnRH-A to induce GTH releasing and ovulation.

?Indications?: It can be jointly used with LHRH-A2 for artificial induction of empathema and ovulation for fish

?Usage and Dosage?: First, dilute this product with a proper amount of normal saline until every milliliter of water contains 5~10mg domperidone. Secondly, mix LHRH-A2 for injection with some normal saline to get a LHRH-A2 solution with a concentration of 5~20µg/ml. Adjust the required dosage and mix the above two solutions. Then, apply the mixture for intraperitoneal injection (base of pectoral fin) or intramuscular injection(near the base of dorsal fin). The dosage for female fish per kilogram is as follows:

Black carp needs two injections. The dosage for the first injection: DOM 5mg+ LHRH-A2 5µg; the second injection is given 24~48 hours later with a dosage of DOM 5mg+ LHRH-A2 10µg.

Male parent fish only needs 1/2 of the dosage for the above female parent fish

?Adverse Drug Reaction?No adverse drug reaction is found if the recommended dosage is followed.

?Matters Need Attention?:

1. Parent fish using this product is forbidden to eat by people

2. It can ensure better efficacy at a water temperature of 20~30?. If the water temperature is lower than 20?, the results of spawning induction will be slightly affected.

3. Excessively high dosage may lead to early ovulation and will affect its fertility rate.

4. It’s better to prepare the drug before using it. The prepared drug should be injected within 0.5-1 hour.
