?Description?: This product is white freeze-dried block-shaped substance or powder

?Pharmacological Effects?: It is a high-efficient fish odinagogue that can promote fish hypophysis to release GTH (that is luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone); stimulate sperm production and maturity for male fish; enhance female fish’s follicle to secrete estrogen which will help accelerate follicle maturity, ovulation and production of corpus luteum 

?Indications?: Promote sexual maturity or accelerate maturation for fishes

?Usage and Dosage?:

A: Spawning induction: 1. Grass carp: one injection, 1-2mcg/kg

2. Black carp: two injections; the first injection: 0.5mcg/kg; the second injection: 1-2mcg/kg + fish hypophysis: 1-3mcg/kg; for those with poor sexual maturity, the drugs can be used 10-20 days in advance.

3. Chub, bighead: two injections; the first injection: 0.2-0.4 mcg/kg; the second injection:1-1.5mcg/kg; both of these injections are separated by 10-12 hours.

B: Maturity acceleration: Dissolve this product in normal saline and then slowly drip the mixture into a mortar containing oleum morrhuae or tea oil five times of amount than the mixture. Grind it while dripping to make it emulsify. Prior to 10-25 days of spawning induction, inject as per 0.1—0.3mcg/kg. Halve the dosage for male fish.
