DPP-150L model High precision liquid Al PVC film small blister packing machine

A. Main Application:

The main application of this DPP-150L model Al PVC film small liquid blister packing machine is used to by Al Al foil or Al foil and PVC plastic film to pack liquid products, such as special medicine liquid, food liquid, etc, the most stable and highest precision small food blister packaging machine for liquid in China.

B. Main Features:

B1. This liquid packing machine adopts the newest type high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear wheel transmission can be avoided.

B2. Imported controlling system is preferred inside; also it can be equipped with detecting and rejection function device (Japan OMRON Sensor) for number of medicines according to the user's requirement. It adopts imported frequency inverter.

B3. Our liquid packing machine also adopts photoelectrical controlling system to make PVC, PTP, Aluminum/Aluminum material to be automatically fed and waste side to be cut automatically to guarantee the Synchronous stability of over- length distance and multi stations.

B4. It can be optional equipped with photocell correction devices, imported stepping motor traction and image-character register to optimize the final packing grade.

B5. The main electrical components of our liquid packaging machine are imported from Taiwan Airtac, French Schneider, or Taiwan Forke, German Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen etc.

G. Our Before to After service:

G1. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory and check our running medical and food packaging machine on site first, make everything clear enough during face to face meeting process before signing contract.

G2. After your food packing machine put into manufacturing, we will keep you updated and send you the producing photos each month until your food packaging machine is completed. During final testing process on site, we will send you the complete producing video for your checking first and later send you product samples for your final confirming. After samples agreed, you can send your engineer to come and check your running machine on site, he can also learn how to operate completely, 2 working days max normally. All necessary videos can be recorded here during packing process.

G3. When the packing machine arrived to your factory, your engineer can try to install, connect and operate it by themselves first. Based on same international rule for machine installing, if your engineer is unable to do these jobs, based on our contract, we will send one of our engineer to your factory for installing, operating and teaching them on site. What you need to buy is go and back round-ticket, food, hotel, and pay allowance USD100 per day for our engineer, 7 working days max normally. Of cause we will also try to send you the operating video and guiding manual through on line or email if we have before engineer sent out to you.
