A. Main Application:

This DPP series medical blister packing machine is new innovating designed by us which is widely for automatic packaging of medicine, which of function are reached to the most advanced level of China. It is widely used for tablet, capsule, pill, honey pill, candy, liquid, paste, disposable syringe in regular and irregular shaped Alu/PVC, Alu/Alu or Paper /Alu in the field of pharmaceutical, health product, foodstuff, cosmetic, medical instrument and etc, the most stable and highest precision medical blister packaging machine in China.

B. Main Features:

B1. Forming, heating sealing, batch marking, impression and cutting are with Rack mandrel for exact and easy fixed position. It is equipped with ruler for easy correction and accuracy orientation.

B2. Mechanical hand traction, it adopts double rod of pendulum device which can increase the stroke travel range (up to 250mm). it widely is suitable for all kinds of size packaging of blister. Plate heating, positive forming, upper and lower web plates, heating sealing , automatic feeding, automatic impression and embossing and automatic cutting are easy and reliable operation.

B3. It has positive pressure forming and mechanical punch for uniformity and perfect blister forming. It is applicable for packaging with larger size or special shaped of honey pill, big honey pills and etc. it is equipped with special automatic feeder for packaging of ampoule, syringes and injection vial. It is a machine with wide range of application for packaging.

B4. The main drive shaft adopts parallel axis bevel gear reducer, forming, heating sealing, impression and etc. which of mould are adopting pill for tightly and accuracy position-setting, easier to change and save packing material.

B5. The body of machine can be produced under the split production for easier moving into the working room.

G1. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory and check our running medicine packing machine on site first, make everything clear enough during face to face meeting process before signing contract.

G2. After your medicine packaging machine put into manufacturing, we will keep you updated and send you the producing photos each month until machine is completed. During final testing process on site, we will send you the complete producing video for your checking first and later send you product samples for your final confirming. After samples agreed, you can send your engineer to come and check your running machine on site, he can also learn how to operate completely, 2 working days max normally. All necessary videos can be recorded here during packing process.

G3. When your medical grade packing machine arrived to your factory, your engineer can try to install, connect and operate it by themselves first. Based on same international rule for machine installing, if your engineer is unable to do these jobs, based on our contract, we will send one of our engineer to your factory for installing, operating and teaching them on site. What you need to buy is go and back round-ticket, food, hotel, and pay allowance USD100 per day for our engineer, 7 working days max normally. Of cause we will also try to send you the operating video and guiding manual through on line or email if we have before engineer sent out to you.
