Optical fiber coloring and rewinding machine used to color the surface of optical fibers and makes it easy to identify the multi-fibers within the loose tube. Also used to rewind fibers and coat the nylon-tighted fibers with the silicon gel.

Main feature:
Panasonic AC servo system and SIEMENS PLC control system are adopted in the device. The PLC system consists of S7 series, and related modules.
The combination of touching screen and PLC ensures the synchronous operation of the whole production line and individual operation of equipment. Through operating the touching screen, users can observe and set the craft parameters. Producing states, such the motor start & stop, the signal setting, the speed of the motor etc., are collected and controlled by the PLC. Data transfer between the operation panel and the PLC is achieved by the communication interface. The system has functions such as producing operation, alarm display, emergency stop etc.
