Product Detail

Optical fiber cable sheathing line used to extrude sheathing for optical cable.
Produce inner sheathing of cable core
Produce outer sheathing of inner sheathed armored or non-metallic cable core.
Make sheathing of cable core with or without aluminum wrapped core.
The machine will be capable to produce Aerial access optical cable, ducted access optical cable, direct burried optical cable, ducted cable with moisture barrier.
Optical cable extruding materials: LDPE, MDPE, HDPE etc will be used for inner and outer sheathing of optical cables.

Main feature:
Optical cable sheathing line adopts industrial computer and programmable logic control (that is IPC+PLC mode) to realize the line's synchronal running and the independent operation. The computer communicates with PLC, which can realize the production operation, the warning display, the line's emergency and other functions.

1. Optical cable extruding line delivery on time.
2. Optical cable coating line commissioning: when machine completed, the commissioning shall be conducted in our factory with buyer examination.
3. Optical cable insulation line installation: If the buyer wants the support to install our machine in his/her factory, all expenses our workers spend will be borne by the buyer.
4. Guarantee period: The guarantee period is one year after optical cable extruder machine commissioning. During guarantee period, the seller shall be responsible for the replacement of any spare parts for free due to the quality problem.
5. we can still provide short length optical fiber (2km-12km) and all raw material to make optical cable, we can send our cable engineer to client factory for long time (3-6 months) training to make different type fiber cable.
