This machine is applied to cotton, chemical fiber and blended mixture.

Rawmaterials fed into the machine, under wind power, is evenlydistributed into the cotton warehouses, formed air mixing and each fiberpositions layer by 90degree turn key features

With a PLC controlled system, with machines before and after the Tsu locksynchronization;

Enhanced triple mixing action, achieving uniform mixing of the raw materials;

Cotton warehouse pressure automatic detection, automatic bale opening it;

Horizontal blinds with Brad blinds are used in AC frequency conversionelectrode rotation speed Steplessly adjustable;

Sensitive photoelectric detection devices, all processes continuously.
